Must have for any serious JavaScript developer

Together with Goodman's books, this is a must have for any serious JavaScript developer. The book is even getting better after each edition and now it's almost a 100% reference. If you really care about JavaScript it's a mandatory reading; it's just not suited to people without some programming background or a decent experience with JavaScript

Definitive Yukon Book

The first place I look for anything data related is Bob Beauchemin. His 30 years of industry database experience gives him total mastery in all things data. I met Bob at a Win-Dev speakers dinner last year and he as humble as he is knowldegeable. I am totally jazzed to see him team up with DM collegue and my friend Neils Berglund, as well as Dan Sullivan to ship the book Microsoft SQL Server 2005 for Developers. The first Yukon book out there, it's so great (I have been reading it the last 4 days) that its bound to become the definitive Yukon book to understand all the vital concepts. Highly Recomended!!

I havent read this yet but take my advice.

I am just about to buy this book, and the reason for it is becuase I recentley purchased and read barry's other book beginning java programming for dummies, this book was very easy to read, very informative and entertaining all in one. So I am assuming that since this book is on the same topic and the same author, it should be a very good book. I also recommend reading the beginning book before java 2, becuase beginning programming really gets you into java programming.

A great tutorial for html 3.2!

I used this book to apply many excellent tricks to my web page. I looked at a few other books and their authors were nerds who did not know how to communicate very well. And they didn't even show how their examples worked. This book on the other hand showed me how the examples and lines of codes worked! This is a great book for any HTML authors like myself.
